The 2026 Ram 1500 delivers the strength and flexibility truck owners need, with three powerful engine options. The standard 3.6L Pentastar V6 with eTorque offers 305 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque, while two 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo inline-six engines provide serious upgrades, one with 420 horsepower and the other with up to 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque. The iconic 5.7L HEMI V8 with eTorque, offering 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, is also available on select trims. The lineup includes a wide range of trims, including Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, Limited, and Tungsten. New for 2026 are the value-focused Express trim and a bold Black Edition package. It’s powered by a 3.0L Hurricane High-Output twin-turbo inline-six that cranks out 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and full-time 4WD. The BorgWarner 48-13 transfer case includes a 2.64:1 low range, perfect for rock crawling or flat-towing. With that setup, the RHO hits 0–60 mph in just 4.6 seconds, tops out at 118 mph, and runs the quarter-mile in 13.1 seconds at 105 mph. Off-road, the RHO is built to perform. It comes with 35-inch all-terrain tires, a 2-inch lift, and 11.8 inches of ground clearance. Suspension travel hits 13 inches up front and 14 inches in the rear, thanks to Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive shocks with hydraulic jounce control. It also includes forged aluminum control arms, a Dana 60 axle with an electronic locking rear differential, tow hooks, and skid plates. You’ll get a full range of drive modes from the RHO, including Auto, Tow, Baja, Rock, Mud/Sand, Snow, Sport, Custom, and Valet, plus launch control for quick takeoffs. With up to 8,380 pounds of towing and a 1,520-pound payload, the RHO blends raw power with serious trail capability.

The 2026 Ram 1500 Ramcharger is unlike anything else on the road, a plug-in hybrid electric truck with serious capability and long-range flexibility. At the heart of its powertrain is a 3.6L Pentastar V6, but instead of driving the wheels, it functions as a generator, supplying energy to a 92 kWh battery pack. That battery powers two electric motors, 250 kW up front and about 238 kW in the rear, delivering an impressive 647 horsepower and over 610 lb-ft of torque. On electric power alone, the Ramcharger can travel up to 145 miles. Add a full tank of gas, and total range stretches to around 690 miles, making it one of the most road-trip-ready trucks available. It’s also fast, going 0–60 MPH in about 4.5 seconds, and it doesn’t hold back on utility either, offering up to 14,000 pounds of towing and a 2,625-pound payload. As for features, the Ram 1500 Ramcharger comes with the same trim options as the gas-powered Ram 1500 lineup, and with it come similar features.
