Your Sales Consultant
Your Sales Consultant is your primary point of contact from start to finish. They will help you build and configure your vehicle, put together your Pinckney CDJR price, walk you through the ordering process, and keep you informed as your vehicle moves through production. If you have a question at any point before your vehicle arrives, your Sales Consultant is who you call.
Your Sales Manager
As your vehicle gets closer to arrival, your Sales Manager steps in to make sure everything on the back end is lined up. They oversee the final stages of your order, coordinate with your Sales Consultant, and ensure the handoff to delivery goes without issue. Additionally, your Sales Manager is available to handle more in-depth questions and complicated deal details.
Your F&I Manager
Your F&I Manager handles all financing and final paperwork for closing. Once your vehicle is close to arrival, they will reach out to schedule time to go over your out the door balance, loan options, protection products, and any other financial items relevant to your purchase. There is no pressure to take on anything you do not want. Their job is to make sure you understand every option available to you and that all paperwork is completed accurately before you take delivery.
