What does it take for a vehicle to become Certified Pre-Owned?
In order for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or FIAT vehicle to become a CPO, it must be between six and ten years old and/or have between 75,001 and 120,000 miles. Additionally, these vehicles must undergo a rigorous 125-point inspection. Passing these strict tests allows it to come with an extended warranty backed by Stellantis.

How long is the extended warranty on a certified pre-owned Jeep?
With more buyers keeping their vehicles longer, Stellantis’ new extended warranty gives owners added confidence when purchasing one of our certified pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, FIAT, Jeep, or Ram brand vehicles. In addition, Stellantis has added a factory-backed 7-Year or 100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty for even more peace of mind. This warranty begins on the date the vehicle was initially purchased or 100,000 miles on the odometer, whichever comes first. It covers the repair or replacement of most major powertrain components, including the transmission, engine, and driveline.
3-Month of Maximum Care Coverage
The new extended three-month or 3,000-mile Mopar Maximum Care Limited Warranty includes full mechanical coverage. Coverage starts on the certified purchase date and continues for three months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first, covering most vehicle mechanical components, which include over 5,000 parts. For example, if you lose the key fob to your car, this plan would cover the replacement, which can generally cost hundreds of dollars.
What new warranties come with the CPO Go program?
New to the CPO Go program is the ability to upgrade your warranty. Drivers can complement their 7-Year or 100,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty with a choice of three Certified Upgrade warranties available Powertrain Care, Added Care Plus, and Maximum Care. These new warranties will begin on the date the plan is purchased.
